The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a fairly nice area, right by many restaurants as well as convenient store and subway station. The staff was polite plus the location was marvellous. We could drink something at Dowon on The Plate, located 1 mi away.

I had a great time during my stay, the location was perfect close to the subway, and the staff were really helpful.

I recently stayed at First Stay for a short trip to Seoul. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was super close to both the subway station and the airport bus station. Balsan station, where the hotel is situated, is a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and greenery. The convenience of having a GS25 and a cafe on the first floor was a big plus. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful, and the bed in my room was large and comfortable. I had a great experience at First Stay.

It's also close to the Gimpo airport, which makes it an ideal choice for those who have early morning flights. the hotel offers a range of modern facilities such as a small kitchen, washing machine, and a water purifier.

Some minor issues reported by previous guests include weak water pressure in the shower, receptionists not reading additional requests, and some unpleasant smells in certain areas.

During Thanksgiving holidays, I had a great experience at a hotel in Seoul. the hotel offers a key location near the subway station, which made it very convenient to explore the city. the room provided me with very good amenities such as a safe, a fridge with water and even a small kitchen, where I could make my own coffee, plus a washing machine which was a real advantage. Finally, the hotel was surrounded by a lot of different restaurants, which made it very easy for me to find great food and enjoy a diverse culinary experience.

The bed could use a bit more padding and it would have been great to have a few more pillows. Another aspect that could be improved is that the front desk staff's level of English was not so good, which could be challenging for international travelers.

The First Stay Hotel Seoul offers excellent value for money with its comfortable rooms and great facilities. The location is perfect, being very near to the subway station and Kimpo airport. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided are top-notch.

Spent my Xmas break in a hotel with a great view and superfast Internet connection. Location was key with easy access to the subway, nearby shops and cafes. Rooms were impeccably clean, with complementary water and daily cleaning service. the hotel also had a small kitchenette that was useful.

The view from my room overlooked construction works which can be quite noisy. I was also disappointed that the hotel did not provide teaspoons and basic kitchenware, making it difficult to make use of the kitchenette.
